First off, let me say, I had to provide proof of my address, which is just absurd!! It shouldn’t matter what address I put down for the bike delivery!!! When the bike finally arrived, there was NO switch for the headlight! I’m currently trying to sort that out. No clue if y’all will even send it or not!! My husband got the same bike and he faced NO issues, didn’t even have to confirm his address! Can you believe that? Anyway, it’s a decent bike but not super powerful! Still, it’ll do the job for what I need! I just really need that headlight switch so I can use the lights at night, please!!

The moped came in great condition and was delivered right on schedule. I wish I could take it for a spin, but living in Minnesota means it might be a bit before I can.

When there was a delay in shipping, I found myself contacting them again to figure out what was happening. Plus, there were zero installation instructions included.

Delivery went off without a hitch. The scooter meets my expectations, though it doesn't zip as fast when the battery's low, and I'm a bit doubtful about it actually hitting 50+ miles on one charge. But honestly, I ain't too keen on testing that out. It covers a good distance and operates really smoothly; I've managed to reach 45 mph while weighing in at 220 lbs and carrying about 30 lbs on my back. It handles way better than those T-88 models, which are all over the place, and they're sold by folks who aren't even based in the US (I had a NIGHTMARE trying to get one and get my money back). I'll definitely go back to Jolta when I'm looking for a new scooter.

Being in our 70s, we wanted something manageable. This scooter is just as the ad said—lightweight yet powerful, super easy for me to take apart, and compact enough to handle without a fuss. The seat is a nice size and really comfy. We’re planning to take it on a cruise in a couple of months, and it’s gonna make our retirement way more enjoyable.

The description of the product was misleading. It didn’t have Bluetooth capability, even though it was claimed to. They did offer a partial refund, but it was a bit of a hassle. I probably won’t be ordering from them again, but I do appreciate their effort to fix things.

Getting the price matched was a breeze, plus I scored a discount on top of another discount! In the end, I ended up buying a cheaper bike than the one I originally had my eye on. I was a bit anxious about the delivery since I live on the third floor, and I can tell my UPS guy isn't too fond of me. But it showed up all in one piece; now I just need to assemble it. It's mostly put together, but man, it's heavier than I expected! Looking forward to a great ride.
